What is Agaro Agent?
Agaro Agent is the AI assistant inside Agaro ERP. It finds records, answers questions about your business, prepares supported work such as invoices and task updates, and can propose changes to how your ERP looks and works. It works with the same roles and access as the person who asked, and it asks before it changes anything.
What can the agent customize in my ERP?
Through Studio, the agent can propose changes to how a module looks and works: the summary cards, the views and columns, the grouping, the order of fields, which fields are required and which appear on a form. Every proposal becomes one change set that you read as a diff and then apply or discard. Nothing changes until a person applies it, and customizing is limited to the people who already have Studio access, which means admins and managers.
Does the agent have its own access?
No. It has no account of its own and no elevated rights. It works with the role, module access and permissions of the person who asked, and the same rules apply in the app, through the API and over MCP. If the person cannot do something, the agent cannot do it either, and downgrading a plan never widens anyone’s access.

Yes, by default. Manually approve is the default mode, and the agent asks before every change. Automatically approve lets everyday changes run on their own while anything risky still asks. What does the agent do with my records?
It reads the same records you can read: customers, invoices, tasks, employees and stock, depending on the modules you have installed. It resolves the real customer, price and history before it prepares anything, and the ERP, not the model, calculates totals, tax, numbering and payroll. Its work draws on your workspace’s AI credits.
