The decision

From the request to the outcome.

  1. Review the request

Open the waiting item and read the work it concerns.

  2. Make the decision

Approve or decline through the actions available to your role.

  3. Follow the outcome

Return to the connected workflow to review its resulting state.

  1. Changes requested

The assignee is asked to fix and re-submit, and you explain what needs to change.

  2. Approval rejected

The work goes back as rejected, with your reason for the record.

  3. Approval accepted

The request is accepted and leaves your queue.

Who decides, and what follows.

  1. Act on the decision

When an expense or time off request is approved, a workflow tells the person and finance.

  2. Approve or reject by workflow

Let a workflow approve or reject requests that meet conditions you choose.

  3. Who can decide

Custom roles and operation permissions control who can approve what.

Controls around the Approval Center

  • Workflows and automations

Start a workflow when an approval is decided, so the outcome starts the next step. Connect it to your email, chat and the apps you already use.

    Every paid plan
