Checked out
Ready before they knock.
Three jobs the desk does every day, each one a control you can already see on the list.
- 01
Visitor preparation
Register expected visitors before they arrive and keep their visit information in a dedicated list.
- 02
Arrival and departure
Record visitor check in and check out, with a kiosk option when the workspace has it configured.
- 03
Host and visit context
Keep the visit tied to the employee host, with supported host notifications and visitor badges.
Arrival, host notified.
A pre-registered visitor starts as Planned. When they are checked in, the row changes to Checked in and the host employee, a member of your workspace, is notified.
-
At the desk
Check in on the row, or at the kiosk when your workspace has one.
-
On the list
The row reads Checked in, with the time the visitor arrived.
-
At the host
The host employee is notified as soon as the visitor is checked in.
One visit, three moments.
Follow one row of the list from the invitation to the goodbye. The visit stays in the log after the visitor has left.
- 01
Prepare the visit
Register the visitor and the person they are coming to see.
- 02
Welcome the arrival
Check the visitor in through the staff surface or configured kiosk.
- 03
Close the visit
Record the departure and retain the visit history.
Ask the questions your site asks.
Three examples of what a business changes on the pre-register form. Studio adds the field and the form shows it.
-
A "Visiting" field
A clinic records which staff member each visitor came for.
-
Vehicle plate
Add a plate field for sites with controlled parking.
-
Required details
Make "Company name" required for contractors.
Around the desk, every control.
What you can change, who can see it and how it connects, in one list.
-
Fields and layout in Studio
Add visitor fields such as who they came to see or vehicle plate, and relabel the visit form.
-
Roles and permissions
Decide who can see, create and change front desk, down to records and fields, with custom roles.
-
Agaro Agent
Ask about your front desk in plain language. The Agent asks before it changes a record, and it works within your permissions.
-
Your own custom modules
When front desk needs a neighbour Agaro does not ship, build a module with your own fields, workflows and records in Studio.
-
App Builder
Build a website, document, slides or internal app next to your front desk, described in plain words.
-
Open API and MCP
Connect your own systems, or let Claude and other AI clients work inside Agaro with the same permissions.
Free covers one CRM user. Studio custom modules, AI agents, API and MCP, single sign on and multi company are on Scale and up. See plans and pricing. Agaro ERP is in Preview / Pilot, so you shape it directly with the product team.
Down the corridor.
Front Desk is an active HR module that uses your employee context for visitor hosting.
- Human Resources
Employees
Directory, org chart, departments, performance, timesheets, recognition, equipment, onboarding, learning, benefits and separation. Add custom employee fields in Studio and keep the working relationship around one employee record.
- CRM
Scheduling
Calendar, bookings, and event types beside your contacts. Connect Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar, take bookings, and keep each meeting on the customer record.
- CRM
Events & Bookings
Create event types with their own booking forms, availability, and confirmation rules inside Scheduling. Guests pick a time, you approve when needed, and the booking lands on the shared calendar. Event fields can be customized in Studio.
