Thank you for your business.

Customer and catalog context

Use the customer, stored product or service price, currency, and payment terms already held in the workspace.

Calculated by the accounting engine

Totals, tax, document numbering, and journal effects are handled by the business logic behind the invoice.

The billing lifecycle

Follow invoices alongside credit notes, subscriptions, and receivables aging in the invoicing workspace.

Illustrative sample records. Not a live workspace.

Three steps, one invoice.

From delivered work to a clear amount due.

  1. Prepare the invoice

Choose the customer and the products or services being billed.

  2. Review the document

Check the calculated totals, terms, and customer details before issuing or sending.

  3. Follow the balance

Track payments and the remaining receivable against the same invoice.

From draft to paid.

Each status is a word you can filter the Invoices list by. The main line is the usual path to Paid.

  1. Draft

Being prepared and not yet issued.

  2. Sent

Emailed to the customer once you have checked the recipient, or marked as sent without an email.

    INV 002 · Northwind Traders$1,800, due Oct 29, 2026

  3. Viewed

The first time the customer opens the payment link page, the status changes to Viewed.

  4. Paid

Payments cover the total, the amount due reaches $0 and the invoice shows Paid.

Make the invoice yours.

Four examples of what a business changes, then every control behind them.

  1. A "Delivery route" field

A small distributor adds the route to every invoice so the warehouse can sort loads.

  2. A "Customer PO number" field

Make it required for trade customers so purchase orders always match.

  3. Weekly overdue reminders

A workflow finds overdue invoices every Monday and sends a reminder by email.

  4. Thank you on payment

When a payment is received, a workflow sends a short thank you to the customer.

Controls around invoices

  • Fields and layout in Studio

Add your own invoice fields, group them in sections, make them required or conditional, and relabel what is shown. Amounts, tax and numbering stay protected.

  • Workflows and automations

Start a workflow when an invoice is created, becomes overdue or is paid, so reminders and thank you notes send themselves. Connect it to your email, chat and the apps you already use.

  • Roles and permissions

Decide who can see, create and change invoices, down to records and fields, with custom roles.

Every paid plan See Users and Roles
  • Agaro Agent

Ask about your invoices in plain language. The Agent asks before it changes a record, and it works within your permissions.

  • Your own custom modules

When invoices needs a neighbour Agaro does not ship, build a module with your own fields, workflows and records in Studio.

Scale and up See custom modules
  • App Builder

Build a website, document, slides or internal app next to your invoices, described in plain words.

Every paid plan See App Builder
  • Open API and MCP

Connect your own systems, or let Claude and other AI clients work inside Agaro with the same permissions.

    Scale and up

Free covers one CRM user. Studio custom modules, AI agents, API and MCP, single sign on and multi company are on Scale and up. See plans and pricing. Agaro ERP is in Preview / Pilot, so you shape it directly with the product team.
